The conference sponsors the following no-cut sports, subject to the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) rules and standards, unless amended by the conference.
Girls Volleyball (grades 5 - 8)
Girls Cheerleading (grades 5 - 8)
Boys Basketball (grades 5 - 8)
Girls Basketball (grades 5 - 8)
Boys Volleyball (grades 5 - 8)
Girls/Boys Cross Country (grades 5 - 8)
Girls/Boys Track (grades 5 - 8)
Intramurals are also offered in the spring for students in 4th grade.
